Vermont PS Kindergarten Application Form
If you would like to place your child on the waitlist at Vermont Primary School Kindergarten please complete the following form.

Enrolment Criteria
- Four-year-old Group – child must turn four by April 30 to coincide with school entry age.
- Three-year-old Group – child must turn three by April 30 to coincide with school entry age. A three-year-old child offered a place at Vermont Primary School Kindergarten will need to wait until they have turned three before commencing in the program.
- Places for applicants with Department of Education and Early Childhood Development approved early school entry will only be considered if a vacancy exists.
- All places in subsidised (funded) three-year-old and four-year-old kindergarten are offered subject to State Government funding.
What year can my child attend?

3 Year Old Applications
- 2025 - Born 01 May 2021 -> 30 April 2022
- 2026 - Born 01 May 2022 -> 30 April 2023
- 2027 - Born 01 May 2023 -> 30 April 2024
- 2028 - Born 01 May 2024 -> 30 April 2025
4 Year Old Applications
- 2025 - Born 01 May 2020 -> 30 April 2021
- 2026 - Born 01 May 2021 -> 30 April 2022
- 2027 - Born 01 May 2022 -> 30 April 2023
- 2028 - Born 01 May 2023 -> 30 April 2024
Children must be 3 years of age on or before the 30th April of the year they are eligible to attend. Children may commence following their 3rd birthday.

At the end you will be asked to pay a non refundable $20 waitlist fee.

Please be aware, a Kinder Placement does not guarantee enrolment into Vermont Primary School.
