The Central Registration Scheme for Funded Kindergarten is administered by the City of Kingston on behalf of participating sessional kindergarten services. This includes services that are operated by the City of Kingston, volunteer committees or early years managers in Kingston.
This central registration process applies to funded three and four-year-old sessional kindergarten only.
Funded kindergarten registrations are prioritised based on
- Victorian State Government's Kindergarten Guidelines
- the child's residential proximity
- prior connection to the service of their first preference.
When completing this registrations form you’ll need to provide information on your child’s date of birth and where relevant:
- That you work, study or use childcare in the City of Kingston if you are not a resident of Kingston
- That you or your child has a current Health Care or Pension Card
- Your child’s residential address
A non-refundable fee of $25 is required with each registration. There is no charge for families who are eligible for a kindergarten fee subsidy.
Please note, this is a registration form only and does not guarantee a kindergarten placement.
Please contact kindergarten services directly for information about term fees and costs.
