Bond Street Kindergarten Application Form
Enrolment applications will be accepted any time after your child has turned two years of age for both the three and four year old programs. Enrolment in each program are separate processes, however only one application form is required.

To facilitate the inclusion of all children into the program, enrolment applications should clearly identify any additional or specific needs of your child.

To be accepted, the application must be accompanied by:
- a copy of the child’s birth certificate;
- confirmation that our enrolment handbook has been read and understood; and
- an enrolment application fee of $50. This fee is non-refundable. (Refer to the Fees section on page 14 for exemptions).
