Mildura Application and PPF Form - Group Logo
  • Mildura Rural City Council Kindergarten Registration Form

Please complete this form to register your child for 3 or 4-year-old kindergarten. Once allocations have been completed, your kindergarten will be in touch regarding enrolment.
  • Kindergarten places are allocated to eligible children in accordance with the Department of Education Priority of Access as outlined in the Mildura Rural City Council Central Registration and Enrolment Scheme and Priority of Access Guidelines.

Registrations must be received by 31 July to be considered in the first round of kindergarten offers. Registrations received after this date will be considered a late registration and will be offered in future rounds. The offer process is lengthy and continues throughout the year.

A child must be three or four years old on or before 30 April in the year they are due to attend kindergarten. The Starting Kindergarten age calculator provides information on when your child is eligible to attend kindergarten.

  • Immunisation

The Government’s No Jab No Play laws require all children to be age-appropriately immunised before enrolment can be confirmed. Further information on immunisation requirements for enrolment in early childhood services is available on the State Government's Better Health Channel at www.betterhealth.vic.gov.au/campaigns/no-jab-no-play

Please note: we do not ask you attach the immunisation history statement at this time. You will be required to provide an up to date immunisation history statement at a later date as part of the kindergarten enrolment confirmation.

  • Due to the State Government policy No Jab No Play your child may not secure an enrolment place in a funded Kindergarten program if proof of immunisation cannot be provided.

  • Please contact Maternal Child Health on 03 5018 8277 or email mchs@mildura.vic.gov.au to make an appointment.
