If you would like to register your child for a Macedon Ranges Shire Kindergarten please complete the following form.

There are limited places available at our kindergartens. For the best chance of being offered a place, register your child by 31 May the year before they start kindergarten.

Late registrations will be accepted, but those received by 31 May are given priority in the allocation of places.

You can nominate up to three kindergartens that you would prefer your child to attend, if a place is available.

It is important to nominate more than one centre to maximise your chance of your child being offered a place.

Please Note:

This application does not guarantee a placement.

Kindergarten is free under the Best Start Life State Government reforms.

Families registering for Macedon Kindergarten:

In Term 1 2026, Macedon Kindergarten will be closed for refurbishment and the program will be moved to another location yet to be determined. Please note this relocation may be outside of Macedon township.
