Early Start Kindergarten (ESK)
Families who answer “yes” to any of the following four questions may be eligible for Early Start Kindergarten. Your child must be three by 30th April in the year they start kindergarten and meet one of the following criteria:
Be from a refugee or asylum seeker background*
Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander*
Your family has had contact with Child Protection*
Enrolment & Immunisations
The Government’s No Jab No Play laws require all children to be age-appropriately immunised before enrolment can be confirmed. Further information on immunisation requirements for enrolment in early childhood services is available on the State Government's Better Health Channel at www.betterhealth.vic.gov.au/campaigns/no-jab-no-play

Kinder Fee Subsidy
The State Government may provide an additional fee subsidy for eligible families. This will be determined on the eligibility criteria of the free kindergarten initiative positioned by the government. Please indicate if you are eligible for one of the following concessions, or meet one of the following criteria:
Supporting documentation will need to be sighted on commencement at Sample Kindergarten by the Enrolments Officer.
