If you already have a kindergarten registration, please do not complete this form. For any changes to your child’s registration contact Kindergarten Enrolment Planning Team at kinderenrolment@casey.vic.gov.au
The City of Casey's Centralised Registration and Enrolment Scheme (CRES) consists of Council-managed kindergartens and independent organisations that are part of the CRES. Registrations can be submitted in the year before children are eligible to attend 3-year-old or 4-year-old kindergarten.
Kindergarten places are allocated to eligible children in accordance with the Department of Education Priority of Access as outlined in the City of Casey Central Registration and Enrolment Scheme and Priority of Access Guidelines. Please refer to our CRES and Priority of Access Guidelines.pdf (casey.vic.gov.au) for more information.
Registrations must be received by 1 June to be considered in the first round of kindergarten offers. Registrations received after this date will be considered a late registration and will be offered in future rounds. The offer process is lengthy and continues throughout the year.
A child must be three or four years old on or before 30 April in the year they are due to attend kindergarten. The Starting Kindergarten age calculator provides information on when your child is eligible to attend kindergarten.
