Lutheran Education VIC, NSW, TAS and ACT Ltd (LEVNT) is the Approved Provider for Lutheran Preschools in NSW. Applications for all NSW Preschool services are received through the LEVNT Preschool Enrolment Officer and allocated to individual services once a position has been offered, accepted and the child allocated to a group for the following year.

We recommend families visit individual services for a tour prior to submitting an application, though this is not a requirement of our enrolment process.

Preschool is the year before formal schooling starts (kindergarten) in NSW, and most pre-schoolers turn four on or before July 31st of their preschool year. The NSW Government is encouraging families to extend preschool over two years, so starting preschool the year your child turns three. According to the NSW Government's 'Start Strong' program.

Priority of Access
While there is no order of priority assigned to specific groups of children in NSW, services are required to give priority to the groups outlined below. Children who are at least 4 years old on or before 31 July in that preschool year and not enrolled or registered at a school or children who are at least 3 years old on or before 31 July in that preschool year and are:
- Children from low-income families,
- Children with an Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander background,
- Children with disability or additional needs,
- Children with English language needs,
- Children who are at risk of significant harm (from a child protection perspective)

- All information provided by me may be audited at any time. This registration or subsequent preschool allocation could be reallocated or withdrawn if the information is incorrect
- Failure to provide complete and correct information may result in the registration being excluded from the allocation process
- This is a registration form and does not guarantee a three or four-year-old preschool placement
- Three and four-year-old preschool places are allocated separately. Every effort will be made to place my child at the same service for four-year-old preschool. However, there is no guarantee of this.
