Central Goldfields Shire Council Central Enrolments Scheme collects Kindergarten registration requests on behalf of the all kindergartens located in the shire.

Pre Prep Roll Out
Central Goldfields Shire Kindergarten’s are part of the ongoing Pre Prep Roll Out, in 2027 all 4 year old kindergarten children will have access to 20 hours of kindergarten per week.
As part of this continued Roll Out, 4 year old kindergarten children who meet the following eligibility criteria will be offered addition kindergarten hours between 20-25 hours per week depending on the service selected.
Eligible Children:
- who are Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander,
- from a refugee or asylum seeker background,
- who have had contact with Child Protection,
If you are applying for 4 year old kindergarten and you select one of these eligibility requirements you will be showed the Pre Prep programs.
